Healthy Chili
Baby its getting cold outside! You will love this Low Carb Chili! Top with some avocado and it taste amazing.
Equipment
Ingredients
- 1 lbs Ground Beef
- 1 can ROTEL Original Diced Tomatoes and Green Chilies
- 1 clove Garlic
- 2 tbsp Onion Powder
- 2 tbsp Chili Powder
- 2 cups Beef Broth
- 0.5 cups Bell Peppers
- Avocado optional
- Sour Cream optional
- Shredded Cheese optional
Instructions
- Sauté Bell Peppers and garlic till fragrant. Set aside.
- On medium heat, brown ground beef and season with chili powder, onion powder, salt and pepper.
- Drain grease, In a Crockpot add Ground Beef, Can of Rotel, and beef broth.
- Stir and cook for 4-6 Hours on Low Heat.
- Serve and garnish with your favorite chili toppings!

Notes
For this recipe I chose to use ground beef, however you can also add some spicy ground sausage.
Get creative with some extra veggies. My personal favorite is chopped Radishes. They taste just like potatoes and the kids love them.
